One Day At A Time
My name is Adam and I am 30 years old. I'm using this because it helps me stay accountable and reminds me that having 1200 calories worth of "snacks" isn't good for me.
I enjoy running, playing basketball and using the elliptical. I am finally understanding that the mind and and body can achieve great things when pushed to their limits.

My Goals:
My goal is to just start making better choices in my everyday life. Mentally, Physically and Spiritually.
I would like to lose around 40lbs, get my asthma under control and stop drinking Mt. Dew. Also, abs and bigger arms wouldn't hurt either.
My Program:
Not over doing anything so I stay on track.
Work out at least 3x's a week and make healthier choices in my diet.
