Hello Im sorry I did not get back to you right away.. my lag in name and password were not working... The exercises are bicep and tricep curls and one where you stand between two bars which are at waist height and do push ups... they are pretty good along with the others she showed me but unfortunately i dont remember the names . I had enough money to join the local gym last week and have been lifting twice a week. Ill remember to write down the true names of the machines Thursday,
