The Absurd Extent

This has been a journey of ups and downs since 2010. Losing 40 lbs, then gaining it back over the past 4 years has really taught me a lot. What it's mostly taught me is that my value and worth does not lie in my weight or size--which has been incredibly freeing!

I'm learning to love myself, like myself, and be kinder to myself. I'm hoping that the next step in this journey leads to long ...

Thank you :) I'm pretty sure I've gained a few pounds since I've been home... Went to Arizona, ate in and out - not worth the 1,000 calorie burger & fries. I'm in Seattle for the rest of the week! We can go walk green lake or something! I'm still trying to buck up and start c25k again. Congrats on all your biking! How are you doing?

Do you want to make a back on track pact? I'm up for it if you are! We are both at the same weight. I'm not moving my counter at all untill I can move it down instead of up because I'm kinda mad about going up.
