I work out 5 days a week.

Mon, Thurs, Sat - Run/walk for 35 minutes on the treadmill (on Spark 5k program), Lat pull down, Seated Chest Press, Seated Chest Fly, Adductor/ Abduction Machines

Tues, Fri - Stationary Cycling for 15 minutes, Seated Leg Press, Alternating dumb bell bicep curls, Seated Row, Assisted Pull Up Machines, Standing Side Bends

Wed,Sun- Rest days
