Ok, so a coworker has been on me about my weight loss goals that I keep setting and then for some reason or another lose under the pile of papers and other to do lists in the drawer here and at home. Wishful thinking I guess you could say.

I guess I will be forced to put forth more than just an outline as the effort to finish line. As the Word says faith without works is dead. I kind of dont like that rule, but hey, who am I? ~ Take the plunge~
