My internal clock is always flashing 12:00

So I managed to hard-core fall off the health wagon because I lost all motivation and stopped caring about pretty much everything. I had given up.

NO MORE. (Also, hello stealth Doctor Who reference!)

My official weigh-days are Sundays, and I will be tracking my weight loss in the most nerdy way possible (meaning baby Adipose). It will be glorious.

To reward my progress, I have set the following tangible motivators:

185 - cute boots I've been ...

175 - nasal piercing
165 - new sports bras (probably from Victoria's Secret, as they make some cute ones with underwire (a necessity for the large-busted)).

Not sure what they did with the collards but they were authentic thats for sure. My guess is they soaked them in vinegar for awhile, boiled them and put mustard powder in them...yummy! emoticon

FYI, I work out in a 10x12 room with a futon and a huge corn desk taking up half the room. The floor space is probably more like 6x6 so any workouts I'm able to do at home require very little space!

I made my own hummus once and that is when I learned that it is the Tahini that I don't like! LoL. Actually, the kind I have now is not nearly as bad. The tahini flavor is a lot lighter so I can bear with it :)
