My goal is to lose some of the weight I re-gained after losing 90 pounds. I want to finally have a healthy relationship with food and achieve an athletic level of fitness.
I'm aiming for 5-6 days of exercise each week. I have a treadmill, weights and a ton of workout DVDs at home, but I also have a gym membership for those days when I need a change of scenery.
I run 2-3 times per week and then focus on either weight-lifting or circuit training the rest of the week.
I'm 29 years old, living in Colorado with my husband and my beagle. Currently studying to become an ACE-certified personal trainer!
Yahoo on your joining No S. It's not over in a few weeks or often even a few months, but it's reasonable and therefore much more likely sustainable. Never forget that with all the diet advice out there, hundreds of millions of people are slim on principles more like No S than any diet. They don't know what a calorie is or probably how much they weigh. Getting rid of diet head doesn't have to mean diving in to mounds of junk food. Welcome to sanity!
