I'm a 39 year old guy living in Horn Lake, MS (suburb of Memphis, TN) who has been crazy heavy all my life despite being an ogre tall 6"3' and is finally making my health and fitness level a priority. I'm doing pretty well on my weight loss and in doing so, discovered that I really like to run (albeit veryveryvery slowly.)

-Eat well 6 days on, 1 day bad, instead of the opposite

-At least 30g of fiber a day (thank you diverticulitis)
-At least 45 minutes a day of cardio 6-7 days a week
