Hi there! This is day 7! One week down, three to go. I didn't struggle with hunger until day three. Today is really bad too because I worked through lunch and got stuck with knowing what to eat at 3:00. So had too many nuts and an apple and I'm still hungry.
I make a point of counting down and that helps me keep motivated. Are you doing her shakes? I prefer chocolate over vanilla but today I made a vanilla that didn't make me gag at the end! (I have a problem with that)
i made vegetables on the grill last Monday - lots- and used them all week. Had to eat out twice and went somewhere that made me a salad to order and took my own dressing.
The kids we work with are having an ice-cream party tonight. I bought coconut ice milk ice cream just in case i can't stand it.
Is all that TMI? Good luck. I'm concerned about not getting enough calories. My tracking this week has me between 800-1000. I think it should be higher but don't know what else to eat! 1212 days ago
Saw that you just started the Virgin Diet a few days ago. Today's my day 1 and I'm wondering how you're doing with this new way of eating and if you have any recommendations to get through the first few days.
