    Just wanted to say hello and compliment you on your picture gallery. Where you live is so beautiful!! I've visited Michigan before....Flint & Detroit and I must say, neither compare to where you live. The nature scenes really make you want to be right there!!     Nutrition is what I started with...let me know if you have any questions after you look at my logs. I am pretty detailed on them - I don't miss days! :)

    Basically I start w/ the SAME b-fast everyday -it's fast it's easy it's drinkable so I have no excuses for not getting it in. From there I log everything BEFORE I eat it so I can see what affects what range. I may tweak and adjust when I actually go to cook it but if I start w/the idea of what I'm going to have then it's a little easier to see if I can fit something in and not go over.

    Shoot me a spark mail or post a comment if you need more advice or directions I had a lot of help along the way so I'm happy to pass it along to others!

    I did my first 5K in September 07. I did another one in November, but I walked 90% of it because it was so cold! It hurt to take deep breaths! I'm starting the C25K again, but am having a hard time fitting it in with a toddler! The next race I want to do is in April so I need to get moving. I joined WW as well to help get the weight down even more so it will be easier to run as well.
