I'm 32 years old and realizing that my old routine isn't working anymore. You know, the 'eat whatever you want and workout if you feel like it' plan?

I've put on a fair amount of weight over the past few years. I stressed myself down to 'scary skinny', courtesy of an ex who did me wrong, and vowed to put all my weight back on (I've always loved my curves). I'm excited to see what my journey brings, aside from a healthier me! :o)
