My Program:
I'm doing an hour of Pilates or Yoga 2-3 times per week. And swimming or using the Elliptical machine at the gym to supplement. Trying to burn at least 1700 calories a week exercising. Committing to at least 4 servings of fruit and/or veggies per day.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Eugene. I've been living in Portland for about 3 years now.

Other Information:
I like my job, I love my boyfriend, and I have a good life. Time to get healthy so I can enjoy it for a long time!
