Little steps...

It's not always easy, but this is something that's pretty important. We need to respect our bodies in order to respect ourselves. I neglected that part for a long time.

Life can be so busy, it's easy to eat crap and sit on the couch but at the end, you don't feel good and healthy.

I just want to feel great in my body and be able to enjoy a fuller life.

My Program:
- Eating healthy. Try to get more fruits and vegetables (no pressure!) and be in the calorie range.

- Packing my lunches for the job (exception, 1 time per week if I want)

- Train at least 2 times per week, and walk a lot!

I'm living in Montreal, Quebec. I'm 28 years old.

I enjoy reading books and playing video games.

I am what you may call a calm person. I still enjoy life and there is always time for a good laugh! Fun is an important part of my life.

Thanks! I am determined and feeling good with everything, taking a long break and working on my health issues helped a lot. Keepm it up! I am mosty using SP to track stuff myself.

Thanks for your comment. The thing is I was not discouraged. Last year I was fighting cancer. While I was stressing about that I gained some weight. Now I will lose it again no problem
