My name is Lauren, and l, like many, developed some bad eating habits in college. In the past, I've tried to lose weight by going on exercise kicks that I eventually burn out on because I try to do too much too soon. My family is a very traditional Irish family in that we love our big dinners and our carbs. This time around I'm hoping to get control of my eating.

I want to feel fit and healthy. I want to wear shorts and tank tops without feeling fat. I want to buy clothes that I want to wear!

My Program:
To my own surprise, I've discovered that I love to be active. I bike, run, Zumba and lift. I'm looking to start taking some hip hop and kickboxing classes soon!
