I would love for you to be one of my future clients. I still have a lot of work to do but my goal is to be in a position where I can help my friends and family reach their health and fitness goals. emoticon

Welcome to 100 Plus Club! You’ll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and we’ll all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!

I noticed a post you made on someone else's blog about how looking at how much weight you need to lose just seems overwhelming. I wanted to tell you something that really helped me feel better about it: I set lots of small goals, no more than 20 pounds apart. For instance, one of my goals is just to get to an even 260, which would mean my first 9 pounds lost. Then my next goal is 249, because at the doctor when they use those old scales, 250 is a notch higher than 249.

Just set lots of small goals, and try to make them personal to you. I think that'll really help.
