It's Now or Never

I've always been the person who considered myself to be "athletic". I played on multiple sports teams over the years and have always enjoyed being in shape. Last year, I had a major knee injury as I tore my MCL completely and partially tore my ACL. My Goals:
I am looking to lose about 20 lbs in the next 4 or 5 months. Nothing too crazy but hoping that I can be motivated enough to lose some of that belly weight!

Personal Information:
I'm a 26 year old Speech Pathologist from Newfoundland, Canada. I just married my high school sweetheart in July. I love the outdoors, a good movie and/or book, I'm big into volleyball and just hanging with my girls and the hubby!

hi! thanks for the add! i totally feel you on the "ex-athlete" thing! i ddin't get hurt thankfully, but i haven't been an athlete since i finished up my senior year season ab 3 years ago. we def have it in us to be dedicated again!! good luck w/all your goals! emoticon
