It's time to get healthy!

I need to lose around 100 pounds and continue to get healthy. I'm an emotional eater and a boredom eater. I feel great when I exercise but tend to be pretty lazy where that's concerned. I'd really like to get in the habit of exercising daily but get bored easily and my excuse of the day is finding the time.

My Goals:
My goal is to eat healthy (meaning focusing on fruits and vegetables) and exercise a minimum of 5 days a week (at least 20 minutes a day).

My Program:
Eat less garbage, more colors and move more! Watch portion sizes, limit carbs and focus on eating REAL food.


Personal Information:
I am becoming healthier every day, both inside and out. Learning to love myself and take care of myself.
