lol I think why The Strength DVD goes do slow is because that's a tuff tuff workout! and its 60 minutes long!
Today I did Ripped With Hiit Back and biceps... the workout is actually back, biceps and shoulders but I already did shoulders with my triceps on chest the other day and I am still SORE so I skipped that part. But it was still a very great workout! loved it!!
Last night I did 10 minutes on the elliptical...10 minutes of intervals....1 minute on level 5 the next on level 10....that hurt!!
