Awesome goning on getting slimmer lol I was going the other way and it scared me but good!! But now after 2 weeks of being healthy and exercising I am feeling much better!!

I love the classics as well but a little scared of them right now lol. The firm are great workouts! You can't go wrong when it comes to the firm workouts for sure emoticon did you get the firm zip trainer?

Hi Virpi... sorry I haven't been here for mom had a stroke and I am her at home daughter is having a baby and needs me to drive her to the hospital and then for 2 months I had a aunt stay with my mom and me who had a stroke as no tine for me...sorry hope to be back on here more often when my mom moves in with my sister come December and baby is born emoticon emoticon How have you been? I have been doing not so bad in the eating and exercise I get it in when I can...I just got in a great workout on Wed. day ...having sparks in my mind does help me get in exercise when I can...between hospital drives which I seem to be therr 3 times per week at least...and eating healthy...I did eat great this past week and my mom is doing a lot better...she was very sick these past 3 months...she really needed me...but now she is feeling better and my house is now getting clean which feels sooooo good lol. Hope your doing good emoticon

Hi emoticon glad your still here! Yeah the weather feels like fall here...trees are turning the orangey colour and the outside plants are dying.

The classics are awesome! What have you been doing foe workouts lately? I did Gin Miller yesterday and this evening I squeezed in piyo sweet...short but tough! lol just what I needed emoticon

Thanks! Good going on doing Bootcamp Maximum Calorie Burn!! emoticon I love a workout that pushes you hard but lets you catch your breath in between sets! Or a gulp of water lol. lol I stilll hate burbees!

So what did you do today? i did Les Mills Pump/ Combat love that one! It pushes you hard but you get to take a breather after each interval. tomorrow rest day for me emoticon
