It's Now Or Never!

Hi there, my name is Thaise, I am almost 30, single with one awesome kiddo. I am back to sparkpeople after having had great success with it before, i lost 40 lbs!! But that was 5 years ago and I have to loose it all over again :( just goes to show you, never stop sparking!!

So many many many life changes later, I am more serious & determined than ever to never stop until I reach my goal!

Loose a total of 30 lbs by my dirty 30 birthday January 22, 2013.

Ultimately go from
274 to 170

More important, just be healthy!



My Program:
Eat clean healthy whole foods.

Limit: processed foods, soda, booze, sweets, fast food.

Be naturally more active. Walk places, bike, get off my butt.

Work out 3xs a week & increase to 4-5.

Thanks so much for your nice comments on my SparkPage. A lot of things definitely have changed about my life since reaching goal. I've got so much more energy, feel a lot more confident and just love that I feel "normal" in just about any situation. I don't have to worry about not being able to fit into seats or always being the biggest person in a class at my gym. Where I live most people are very honest about your physical appearance and it's nice to consistently get positive feedback rather than having people ask me if I'm pregnant all the time. I feel ten years younger and love shopping for fun clothes again. I'm probably in the best shape of my life and love everything that I've been able to accomplish now that I'm at a healthy weight.

Good luck getting restarted on your plan. You have a great attitude and, believe me, it can be done! I was at 260 at my highest and now I'm under 150 and have kept the weight off for more than seven months. You can do it!

You seem very motivated from the few posts i have read of yours. I have been on Sparktpeople for at least a year now probably more. I currently weigh the most i have had in my whole life which is despressing because when I was pregnant with twins I weighed less then I do now. Even typing that makes me want to cry. I need someone to keep me in check. Someone I can talk to when i need a push. Someone I can talk to on a regular basis. I know you dont know me at all. As i dont know you other then what you have said on the board and on your page. But I would like to be your sparkfriend. For some reason my spark mail doesnt work. I seem to never get emails from people that send them to me from the board. So we would have to communicate thru regular email. Let me know
