It's Now Or Never!

Hi there, my name is Thaise, I am almost 30, single with one awesome kiddo. I am back to sparkpeople after having had great success with it before, i lost 40 lbs!! But that was 5 years ago and I have to loose it all over again :( just goes to show you, never stop sparking!!

I was more determined than ever before to shed the weight and my mind was In The Game!!! Then I hit what I thought was a huge plateau then figured out I was pregnant!! So many many many life changes later, I am more serious & determined than ever to never stop until I reach my goal!

Ultimately go from
274 to 170

More important, just be healthy!



My Program:
Eat clean healthy whole foods.

Limit: processed foods, soda, booze, sweets, fast food.

Be naturally more active. Walk places, bike, get off my butt.

Work out 3xs a week & increase to 4-5.

There are some weeks i guess the scale will not be our friend, i am glad i also do measurements to help me along. Hope that our luck is better next week. emoticon

Thanks for commenting on my blog. Alot of people working in the health jobs see it often with many people what unfit lives do to your bodies. Its good now that school in englands are taking a better approach, having breakfast served in some primary schools as most children tend to wake up late and miss it at home and healthier lunches. But even so i still feel alot of people forget as they don't do this in high school so they pick up bad habits that they continue in their adult lives. Which is unfortunate.
