I think my biggest pitfall is......."clear your plate".... Now that i am an adult, even tho i know portion size is important, i can't throw food away that i put on my plate!!!!! How silly is that, i've always had a healthy appetite and i love food!!!! Everything about it! So, with that said, i am here to learn about healthy living.

My Goals:
I want to be able to run a marathon!!!! Just to have a picture hanging on my wall that proves i can follow through when i put my mind to something, and maybe do a lil bit o good for others in the process.
My Program:
Along w/ an attempt to healthy eating (healthy portions of healthy foods) i am doing what i can to stay motivated to get on the treadmill or out of the house for a run at least five times a week......
