Questions.....

A couple of things I've figured out but seemed to be in denial about was losing weight. I have all this knowledge but yet I don't put into action with myself. I can give everyone advice on how to lose weight and exercise but yet I cannot seem to get this right myself. I've been trying to figure myself out and found out a couple of things, I can't control myself around chips of any sort, I can't control myself around pizza, can't just have one slice and as much as I love baking and it relaxes ...
A couple of things I've figured out but seemed to be in denial about was losing weight. I have all this knowledge but yet I don't put into action with myself. I can give everyone advice on how to lose weight and exercise but yet I cannot seem to get this right myself. I've been trying to figure myself out and found out a couple of things, I can't control myself around chips of any sort, I can't control myself around pizza, can't just have one slice and as much as I love baking and it relaxes me, I can't just have one cookie. Also I've noticed when I eat these things my body just aches afterwards and my stomach bloats even more. So, for right now, I'm going to have to keep away from these things until I become stronger, if that is possible.

My 50th birthday has come and went and here I am with the same situation, I still need to lose some weight. I even joined Slim Genics hoping that would miraculously change something but have realized it is me, myself and I that keep me from doing this, losing the weight. I know the older I get, the harder it is going to be, I know that I'll probably have to exercise more to just keep ahead of the game, so why can't I do this one thing, this one thing that I feel keeps me from getting to where I need or want to be? These are questions I'm going to have to answer as I go through this journey for the who knows how many times, but maybe, just maybe this one might be it?

2) Run a 5K. I have not done one of these in a long time, probably well over a year. Need to start doing some things that I love.
