Time to dial it up to super-duper serious

I decided to get serious on 02-01-2010, it seemed like a good date. I lost 75lbs using sparkpeople and only gained back 10-15 when I stopped using sparkpeople and started a new job that involved long hours and a long commute.

2014 and I'm back - let's see how I can do! Another new job, closer to home, less hours, and I'm re-focused.

Progress so far:

25lbs Lost: 4-14-10 (1/4 way point!)


50lbs Lost: 7-21-10 (1/2 way point!)
