It's funny you gave yourself 4 months, I gave myself 90 days to lose 20 pounds. Seems like we think alike!! (starting yesterday)
My exercise routine is not the best it's been, I tore my rotator cuff several months ago and I'm trying to rehab it, but it's not going well. So I'm trying to get out of my self-pity rut and ramp up the calorie burning.
My diet is where I have the least consistency. Some meals are healthy and balanced and great, others border on binging and leave me feeling sick (those are rare, but certainly part of my plateau).
I'm with you for the next several months! Let's get OUT of the 230's, and then the 220's, and then... we'll have set ourselves free to head to our goal weight! 1645 days ago
LOL. I love your blog entry titled "How many calories?! Dang". It blew my mind too when I realized how some healthy looking foods were crazy bad for ones health. Glad to see your back on your journey and your working hard! Keep going and pushing no matter your set backs
