My Goals:
Lose 14 more pounds by 3/1/14

Prevent diabetes with diet and exercise

Experience "joy" in my life every day

My Program:
Logging everything I eat in the Nutrition Tracker.

Monitoring carbs and cholesterol

Increasing my steps to at least 10,000 steps a day

Getting away from my sewing machine and computer an hour or more a day to get some exercise.

Personal Information:
I am a retired CPA and love to sew and quilt for my family. I have been married for 50 years and have four grown children, two boys and two girls, plus three "perfect" grandchildren. My husband and I often travel to interesting places. I grew up in Washington state and currently live in Colorado. I love to see new places and meet new people.
