My Goals:
My Goals in life at this time are to maintain my weight and be happy with myself . I do something everyday to be proud of !


My Program:
I am at week 12 for a Half iron man Triathlon . I am struggling to keep up with the trianing,, as lIfe seems to be getting in the way constantly . I try to Add some Xfit into my trianing ,, but right now swim , Bike , run is a daily routine. The Tri Is on July 17,, and then shortly after that will start Marathon training,, any tips or feedback I get from sparks on Nutriton and fitness,, is a plus. Thanks to all for all your Inspiration and Motivation,, I love it.

Personal Information:
My Hobbies include Biking , running , swiiming, Mtn Biking Hiking , Kayaking , XFit . Dancing , enjoying Life and eating Clean to the best of my ability,, and Of Course My Family is first.

Hi - Nice to meet you too. I am looking for local people to work out with, and saw you were from this area. I don't bike on the Sat. am rides - I have to work Saturdays. I do a ride most Sundays with a group called "Heart, Wine & Soul." Yes, I've done the Musselman - the mini-mussel version - four times now. Do you ride on Saturdays? Does your daughter get involved in athletic adventures as well?

I'm not sure if we've every met - I don't think so - but I am always proud of the Moms in motion I see doing the races. You ladies are amazing! Hopefully we will meet at some point. Do you mind letting me in on your name?

Hey- thanks for the comment. Wish I could say my venture turned out better than it did (see follow up blog emoticon ) but I'm determined to try try again dang it! The eat clean 5 days a week thing seems to be pretty popular . . . at least we're not alone. For now I've decided to take it ONE day at a time. Maybe that'll work better for me.
