I'm a retired nurse who eats WAY TOO MUCH of a well balanced diet. Now that I've developed arthritis in both knees, I can't walk/run 4 miles a day any more. Water aerobics 2/wk has been a big help, but more is definitely needed. So far I've lost 20 pounds with not much effort, but this will not continue, so I really need a team.

Just wanted to let you know that the San Antonio Spark team will be starting a new eight-week challenge to help people stay on track - or get on track - over the holidays. It's called the DESIGN Challenge, and it's simple to do, with easy, basic steps to help us more forward. It should also help us all to build our support system and make friends at the same time.
