Actually I only used the Shred book for about a week and a half. I didn't really feel this plan and I didn't lose any weight either week. It could be that I've been battling a few things and my body is fighting me or I wasn't eating enough according to the workout I put in. Not sure but will give it a try again later. I can't really offer any true evaluation.
