Hello ! I just wanted to pop in and congratulate you on your 63 pound loss !! That's fabulous !! You're definitely doing something right. Don't worry about those last few pounds. They will come off in time, but you need to be patient.
One thing to consider is adding some strength training to your routine if you don't do any now. Increase your lean muscle. Muscle burns fat. the more lean muscle you carry, the more efficient your body will be at burning fat. Don't be afraid to strength train. You will not bulk up. I'm 45 years old. I've been strength training for the last 3-4 years. It's really changed my body.
