I am a nurse in Texas and am looking forward building muscle and setting new fitness goals.
God is the most important thing in my life and I could not have gotten to where I am today without His mercy and blessings.

My Goals:
My Goal is 16% BFI and be able to run 6 miles
Long term is another apa lifting trophy as well as a amature body building competition


My Program:
I am working out 3 days a week with weights and 3 days cardio. I do core work every 5 days. I eat 40/40/20 which is 40% lean protein, 40% healthy carbs and total fat intake is 20% of healthy fats.
I do a variety of cardio exercises, with my favorite being running.
I am constantly chaging my program to keep my body responding to it.



Personal Information:
I am in Texas and a nurse. I love my job and feel blessed to be able to enjoy my work. being a nurse is very stressful and working out is a huge stress relief for me.
I am a mother of one son who is 21 and am married to a wonderful man who I have known since I am 19.


Other Information:
I am highly motivated and love to motivate others.
I am very active at my church and feel God is first in my life. God has blessed me with a wonderful job, home and family. I am thankful everyday for all that I am and have in my life.
I come from a large family with 6 brothers. My grand parents were italian imigrants who settled in NY, in a italian section of the city. I love italian food and enjoy getting back to NY for visits.
if I could give on piece of advice to people starting out on a fitness program is JUST JUMP IN THERE AND START... Start with something small and work it into your daily life. Make taking care of yourself like brushing your teeth. Something you just would not leave the house without doing.
Set goals and be acountable for them to someone. Ask God to help you be wise in planning, wise in your choice of plans and to give you strength to get to stick to your plan. Gods word says run the race as if to win. We can not hope to win, if we do not enter th
