My Program:
Walk every day 8 Minutes in the Morning Plan the day & the food. 1400-1600 calories to begin with - easing into that by cutting 10% the 1st 2 weeks and another 10% the second 2 weeks, and then 5% the 5th week, until I am comfortable with the change and don't over react.
