Right now I'm reading Thin Within. Not sure exactly what I think about it yet, but am really working on the only eating when you are hungry and stopping when you are full part. And daily walking with a Leslie Sansone DVD

I'm really involved with my church, especially the children's program. Love to hang out with my kids and watch movies, ALL kinds.

thanks for the 'wings'...only 45 minutes left of my day-very few parents/kids coming by-I teach technology...electives are not at the top of most parent lists! those squats sure will shape up your bum, though! 5 miles a day is great! Have a great weekend and Valentine's Day
