It's not a sprint, its a marathon!

I'm 25 and I've never been the "skinny girl" I'm currently 5'6 196 36dd size 14, I look like a greek statue. I'm not bad...I can deffinately hold my own... but I have a sister that is a beauty queen (5'7 135 and an 8 pac)... so I got in in me, somewhere! Last year I lost 60 lbs in 5 months and I learned a lot about myself. (at my highest I was 230 and I got down to 170... I had to stop becasue of a hellish summer and when I got back in the gym I hurt my feet and was out for a month)

This year I'm hoping to finnish off YEARS of feeling like I wasn't part of the pretty people and change myself to officially LOOK the way I feel! In the end, one of my goals is to run a marathon, I need to prove to myself that I am just like everyone else and just as capable... my mt. everest. But still, HOW I LOOK IS JUST A CONSEQUENCE OF WORKING OUT AND MAKING GOOD CHOICES TO FEEL GREAT. .

About me: I'm 25 and live in Addison Texas with my Persian cat Sebastian (he has a mohawk thats terquoise...lol). I'm pre-law @ UTD. Single, never married, no kids. I like to read and I have an obsession with nutrition and learning the truth as much and as often as possible.

ALSO::!!! weightview.com is the shizzle. I sent in a pic of me @ 187 and they simulated a 40lb weight loss... its GREAT for motivation and its free!!!!!!!!

My Goals:
Its simple. I want to be 150 by summer. I've always been a little over weight... but I need that to change. I'm finally ready to finnish what I started last year.

My Program:
about 1300 cal in a well balanced day. no high fructose corn syrup. not eating 2 hours before bed time. weighing daily. A LOT of cardio... 6x a week for 60 min @ a low intensity. I've also found a workout buddy, my aunt. She's loosing a lot of weight too.. we share advice and make sure we get our butts in the gym!
