Becoming a better, new self
Only two years ago I was at 120 lbs, super active, super happy and in a very good place in my life. Now, I am almost 160 lbs, depressed, tired all the time, have bad skin, thin hair and simply cannot be bothered to do exercise. Most days I spend in front of my laptop watching TV shows while longing for some social interaction and outdoor sports. I know I cant change all this from today to tomorrow; but I have to start changing at some point and this can only happen with baby steps. Every ...

My Goals:
I need to lose 30 pounds, start a new exercise program that involved social interaction, competition and progress (and is outdoors!), and learn and stick to the new Raw Food Lifestyle I discovered for me!
My Program:
I'm looking to join a running team, do the Mud Run here in Essex in January, join a professional kickboxing team and find people who want to go kayaking with me!
