Here to be a healthier version of me...

I just realized that I really can't say "recently married" since DH and I are going on 5 years of marriage. Mom to 3 (current DS23, DS13 and DD11). I currently work as a document drafter for a law firm, and have a paralegal degree...so there's a lot of sitting. Since starting my 100 Day Challenge on March 1st, I have definitely been trying to make sure meals are planned and I get some sort of workout in. Thankfully, we have a fridge/freezer at the office so I have Green Giant veggies in ...

Since starting my 100 Day Challenge on March 1st, I have definitely been trying to make sure meals are planned and I get some sort of workout in. Thankfully, we have a fridge/freezer at the office so I have Green Giant veggies in there and am able to keep some applesauce, etc. in the kitchen to help me stay on track. I am happy to say that I am no longer addicted to the soft drinks the way I was before. I do occasionally allow myself to have one, but no longer feel like I HAVE to have a soda everyday, that's an awesome feeling.

Oh, aside from my personal 100 Day Challenge, I decided to participate in a Spring 5% Challenge. And I am one of the co-organizers for Conquer Chiari Across America for the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. We are hoping to raise funds for research and increase awareness of Chiari and it's sister diseases.

My husband and I enjoyed the mountains on our honeymoon...but at one point, he had to get behind me and push me up the mountain. While I appreciate the fact that he loves me enough to do that, I want to be able to climb that mountain myself without the extra push.

My Program:
Following the Weight Watchers program and focusing on eating more unprocessed foods. It is amazing how much better you feel!
