ONE DAY AT A TIME
I am 25 years old, and I have been overweight since elementary school. Over the past three years since graduating college, I have gained a significant amount of weight. I started feeling fatigued and extremely unhealthy for the first time in my life. Couple that with a sedentary job these past two years, and I had a recipe for disaster. I decided enough was enough! I started feeling fatigued and extremely unhealthy for the first time in my life. Couple that with a sedentary job these past two years, and I had a recipe for disaster. I decided enough was enough! I have to do something, or in a short number of years, I'd be dealing with major health issues. Even though I have been exercising this past year, about twice a week, I never changed my eating habits. Not only was my eating horrible, but it was actually getting worse! I was eating fast food several times a week and raking in the calories like crazy. I am changing my lifestyle for the better this time. Both in getting moving and eating better.
