Julie's Weight Loss Adventure

I'm 45, married, with a 8 year old son. I've been overweight for most of my life and obese for the majority of my adulthood.

I am determined that I am going to lose weight to a healthy level and keep it off, no going back this time. This is not a diet, but my life. I have adapted exercise into my life, I can manage food too. No quitting allowed!

My Goals:
My 10 reasons for losing weight:

1. I want energy to keep up with my son.
2. I want to be healthy - including getting off blood pressure and cholesterol meds.
3. I want to look slim and svelte.
4. I want to be and feel strong.
5. I want my backside to fit a rollercoaster seat with no problem.
6. I want buy an entire new wardrobe, because the current one no longer fits.
7. I want to look good in a swimsuit
8. I want to live a long, productive life
9. I want to have friends and family admire me for being healthy
10. I want to be able to get out of bed full of energy, everyday

My Program:
My Exercise plan - I will continue to exercise at least 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes a day, combining strength and cardio. I will log my exercise in Spark people.

My food plan - I will use spark people to log my food and will stay within the Spark People goal ranges the majority of the time. I am committing to logging my food.
