Well the only advice that I have is to lower your pace so that you don't get tired as fast. If you currently run at an 11 pace up it to 12. Then add an extra half mile to a mile to 1 day of running a week. So run 3.5 miles this monday, 4 miles next monday, 4.5 etc, Good luck. Every 4th week you taper down the mileage for rest. Also, the hardest part is to keep challenging your mind. It is more of a mental thing to run long then a physcial thing. That becomes my weakness.
