Today is the first day of my new weight loss goal. It's time to start anew and fresh. I have to set myself up to succeed to reach my goal. I have to do whatever it takes to keep on target.Slow and steady wins the race. I have to put all my past weight loss mistakes behind me and move forward.

Today is my one year anniversary on joining spark people. I have lost 12 pounds that I wouldn't have if I wasn't a member. I have to step up my game.

My Goals:
Lose weight for health reasons. Make healthy choices and improve my eating habits. Start taking care of myself.

My Program:
Turn unhealthy habits into healthy ones. Keep a journal and track everything I put in my mouth. Keep within my calorie range because calorie counting really works. Battle portion distortion. Don't let exercise trick me into overeating. Enjoy lean proteins. Get a grip on emotional eating. Eat fruits and vegetables everyday. Stop eating diet foods. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday. Stick to fitness plan and exercise 3 to 5 days a week.

Keep Active

Inaction breeds doubt and fear,Action breeds confidence and courage.
If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it.
Go out and get busy.
If you are feeling depressed and negative, it is crucial for you to keep active. The less you feel like being active, and the more you just want to wallow in self-pity, the more important it is that you get out, interact with positive people, begin projects, and keep active. Until you begin to feel a desire to be active, just fake it -- go through the motions of keeping active until you can generate the positive attitude to drive your activity,have a wonderful day.
