It's friday! Woohoo! Glad to be done with another week of work, but I always struggle to eat well on the weekends... I will definitely track my food and get some cardio in. Hope you're doing well! emoticon

I had a MAJOR chocolate attack last night, but my BF managed to slap the chocolate lava cake out of my hand : ) It's great to have support, usually he's the one shoving it in my mouth! I'm doing really well, trying to just take it 1 day at a time and 1 calorie at a time, it's easiest for me that way! Good luck this week, keep up the good work!

My weekend was great! I got some time in at the gym, and I managed to stay in my calorie range! My first weigh in is tomorrow, so hopefully I'll be happy with the results. How was yours?
