My Goals:

get close then further away then closer etc at the moment the general trend is in the wrong direction

eat sensibly
exercise at least 3X a week

I live in Bedford, England
I have 4 children,the oldest is married and now lives in Nottingham(where we lived many years ago when she was born!) and had her first baby in January.
Next one works for IBM (business analyst), third is looking for work and our youngest is at uni in Exeter studying sports & exercise science.
I work with expectant parents and new Mums.

Tessa, you are doing a wonderful job with moving your body to stay healthy. the food is a harder challenge when we are emotional beings but we know it is not impossible. Thank you so much for the Spark Goodie! I'm glad the challenge helped you lose such a signifigant amount of weight! I have so much trouble not gaining weight over our winter in the resort. So even though I didn't lose a large amount, just having any loss at all felt like I was a winner!

My scale read the same yesterday as it did a week ago, and I've been in calorie range except for yesterday (300 over :() and my exercise is 100 minutes more than previous week.

However, today is better food wise and I just finished a 2 mile, 30 minute walk. Will do Zumba this afternoon.
