Back at starting line...

January 2012 I'm back to 244lbs, just seeing my pic of myself in 2/2011 at 244lbs brings back memories. I'd managed to back myself into another corner again, and this time I have to come out fighting myself. Somehow I'd always get to a point of reaching my goal, and then I sabotage the whole thing. I'd managed to back myself into another corner again, and this time I have to come out fighting myself. Somehow I'd always get to a point of reaching my goal, and then I sabotage the whole thing. Well this time is different, I've recently joined an 8 week Kosama boot camp which is next door to my job. The trainer and my colleagues motivate me to go there's the accountability. Now in my 4th week, I'm building strength and I'm down 5.5 lbs. Not sure where I'll go after the 8 weeks, but I assure it won't be back to 244 lbs.

Thank you so much for the wonderful welcome. Loved the pedometer goodie and the note that came with it. It feels so good to have other sisters on this journey too. When we were called "a large army" I don't think they large in size LOL! Looking forward to keeping in this race and hope to be healthier as we welcome in the New System.

Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!!
However it has proved one thing to me – that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!

Last night I did 40-minutes of strength training and 40-minutes of walking........This morning 20-minutes of walking thus far.

How are you doing with your workouts??? emoticon
