When I turned 50 I vowed to lose weight but did nothing about it. Now my daughter is getting married in a year and a half and I refuse to be the overweight mother of the bride. I decided to try doing it the right way with no fad diets so that I never have to do it again. I want to lose 80 pounds and be fit. I want to be the best version of myself.

My Goals:
lose 80 pounds and be able to walk up and down stairs without being out of breath
My Program:
I am eating 1200 to 1400 calories a day and tracking everything I eat and drink. I am also tracking all my exercise. It seems to be working and I feel pretty good about it.
