Hi there :) My names Terry and I have had weight problems my whole life. I was going to say I have struggled with weight problems but there was no struggle, I had given up years ago. I have bad ankles and that was always my excuse not to exercise, if I walked or whatever they got even more painful, to the point where I could not walk for days at a time. But owing to some recent changes I have started trying again, and hoping my life can be changed for the better. I have faith it can.

My Goals:
Lose weight, gain a more positive attitude towards life.

My Program:
Currently im walking 34 minutes a day and upping that by one song a week, in addition I weightlift6 days a week and am adding stretches daily. :)

    Hi. Read your intro on the Slowest Loser Team. Welcome and welcome back to Spark. Looks like you've been here for a couple of years off and on. Maybe this time make it more "on" and you will see success.
    Log in every day, even if it's just to spin the wheel or read an article. Make SP part of your daily routine, it will make a world of difference.
    Also, check out chair exercises. (There is even a team.) Might be a good way to go. But whatever you do, hang in there. You are part of this awesome supportive SparkFamily. Welcome!!!
