Stay at home mom of 2 in PA

I am a Stay at home mom of 2, DD8 and DS4. I love making things and doing activities with my kids!! At 276 lbs I am having a hard time keeping up with my kids and get winded so easily. I'm tired of feeling fat and having a low self-esteem. That is now how I use to be and I'm tired of it! Time for a LIFE STYLE CHANGE. That's what I'm calling this. My Program:
I am trying to keep my daily calories between 1250 - 1400. I joined a gym which I try to go to at least 3 times a week. Once my daughter is out of school I plan on going every day during the week.

Hey Terri! Welcome to the Challenge Yourself Team. We're still getting up and running, and I admit I have not been great about making sure to check in with people regularly, but I'm working on it (like everything). I hope you stop by and figure out a challenge, and let us know how we can support you.

Additionally, when I first started SP (well first re-started for the third time), I found a team call Done Being the Fat Girl. They are awesome, and one of the largest teams, and people are on there ALL THE TIME. If you're still looking for more teams, check that one out!
