Used the SparkPeople Calorie Range Counter with the Fitness Minutes calculated in for a couple of weeks to reset my metabolism.

Now I'm staying within 1,200-1,550 depending on how much exercise I get that day.

My son ate more veggies and fruits when he lived at home too. I think it's a combination of things. Being able to pick out ripe fruit and good veggies. The challenge of buying for one person. Leaning toward easy meals.

Thanks for your comment. I achieved my initial weight loss by counting calories, modifying my recipes and lots of walking (6 to 10 miles a day). I also used "Your Shape Fitness Evolved" for the Xbox Kinect.
