It's been a long journey, full of highs and lows. I've re-started so many times I refuse to look at this as another re-start.

I got down to under 170 lbs Christmas 2015. In February of 2016 I met a man and at first we encouraged each other and I at least didn't gain any weight back for a time, but ultimately I realize now that it was too soon to get into a relationship and we started enabling each other and backsliding - after we broke up I emotionally ate my way back to over 210 lbs. I realized what I was doing just in time to head back to Onederland.... thank goodness!

May 2017 I was back down to 183 lbs.
July 2017 I was down to 165 lbs but I was not eating healthy, tried to do some juice and water fasting and wasn't exercising hardly at all because I had no energy so I started having some health issues and decided to give my body a break til I got stabilized again.

It's Aug 31st, 2017 now and I'm back up to 170 lbs but I'm ok with that. I feel healthy and strong again and this weekend I'll go back to doing my meal prep for the week and get back into the gym on Tuesday, focusing on strength training with about 30 mins of cardio mostly just to warm up. I'll walk and do a few sprints.

My Program:
I've joined a gym and enjoy going 5-6 times a week usually in the mornings before work. I do mostly strength training but I get in a bit of cardio as well.

My diet is really clean - low carb less than 60g/day, high protein greater than 150g/day, I eat one serving of fruit a day. I eat multiple servings of non-starchy veggies every day and limit carbs to non-processed ones usually around when I work out. I'm using the tracker mostly to keep my macros in balance but also to make sure I keep my portions in control as well. 1,200 to 1,400 calories per day depending on how hard I work out that day.
