Thank you for the SparkGoodie and the VERY sweet note with it! You really made my day!

I'm so glad you are going to be eating more. It's a really hard thing to accept that you need to raise your calories. Heck, my husband LIVES with me and won't accept it. To him, it doesn't make sense that if he eats more of good food, the weight will probably come off. Very frustrating. emoticon

I've updated my page with more current info regarding my progress. :-)

It is most certainly a Renaissance Faire cup! The Pennsylvania one to be precise. emoticon

Hi added you as friend and would welcome you also. Have joined writers support group recently. Just starting out with my fitness program but making big changes in my life that are positive and will help. If nothing changes, nothing changes. I have embraced that. Read your spearkpage and saw your son is off to college and you are thinking of getting a life of your own. Coincidence! Me too, but my kids are older. And I am the one going back to college! Again. School has always been the love of my life. Am self publishing now and so will probably just audit one class her semester that will benefit my writing, but the atmosphere will be so much better for me! More positive. Hope to connect with you. What are you writing? Very interested.

"Never wait for the proper mood to start a thing, nor until the spirit moves you. Make your own mood. Make your own spirit. How? ACT. Do something anything. Inspiration seldom generates action. Action always creates inspiration."
