emoticon I saw your comment about OCD, and you may have just been joking, but wondered if you have watched the excellent series on Netflix, Obsessed? It is a 2 season show about people with OCD and with Panic Disorder. It is interesting to see how it rules their lives, but I think that people who DON'T accomplish thinks have just as much of a "voice" in their heads saying "sit here, and don't do anything." Procrastination is fear driven, just like OCD.
