My Goals:
My goal is to lose at least 35 lbs. and maintain a regular exercise program that includes resistance training. I can already see that I need to work to reduce my sodium intake.
My Program:
I have an exercise bike, several exercise videos, bands, and the 'wave'. I try to change these up so I don't get bored
