Today is the first day of the rest of my Life
I'm 50. A nine times over grandma from the northwest. I run a day care center and I am trying to get healthy and lose about 88 lbs to make it easier to keep up with the kids and to have more energy.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose about 90 lbs and get healthy. I want to be able to play my grandkids for longer than a few minutes at a time. And I also want to be able to move comfortable and not have pain in my ankles and knees any more.
My Program:
Keeping in my calorie range and trying to lose 1-2 lbs a week. Cardio at least 5 days a week. usually on the wii. occasionaly the treadmill and swimming (at least in the summer time) Strength training. Do at least 10 min 3 times a week. This is real important, I don't want saggy skin and I want to be strong.
Personal Information:
I'm 5 0 with 4 kids and 9 grandkids. I live in Oregon. I run a home day care. In my spare time (what little there is) I love to quilt and read.
